College Access partners

There are 2 organizations located at the Camelot Office that are available to assist students with college related tasks.

Organization Description: Cal-SOAP, the California Student Opportunity and Access Program, is one of the many programs available to Overfelt Royals here on Campus. Located in the Camelot Office next to the library, Cal-SOAP helps all students by providing comprehensive access to information regarding college, career, and financial aid assistance. Our goal is to help each and every student not only graduate high school, but also enroll and graduate post-secondary schools as well. Whether you goal is to attend Community College, A California State University, a University of California, or a Private College, let Cal-SOAP assist you in making the best decision for you and your family! In the Camelot Office, we have 5 San Jose State University Students from all
over California who are currently attending College, pursuing different majors, who are available to assist you in making your college dream a reality. Please stop by the Camelot Office for more information.
Services Offered: 9 th and 10 th Grade: College and Career Exploration, A-G Requisites, Credit Recovery, College Fit vs. College Match, College and Career Field Trips, etc. 11 th and 12 th Grade: Academic Standing and Credit Recovery, College Applications, Scholarship Application Assistance, Financial Aid/Dream Act Application Assistance, SAT/ACT Registration, College and Career Field Trips, etc.
Target Population: We work with all Students no matter the GPA or grade level. If you are interested in receiving extra support or not a part of an academy here at Overfelt, please stop by the Camelot Office.
